Mark Donnellan has worked as a residential developer with 20 years of experience serving the greater Boston area with a focus in Winchester, MA. He is the Principal Owner of Mark Stephen Development which primarily produces luxury, custom home developments.

In his 20 years of construction industry experience, Mark and his team have completed over 50 projects across the Arlington, Medford, Somerville, Cambridge, and Winchester markets. Mark has built out a team and network to be able to execute on large scale developments and projects with an emphasis on attention to detail, curated finishes, and high touch communication. In addition to an incredible network of contractors, architects, and highly skilled trades professionals, Mark has an on-staff designer and project manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the businesses.

In addition to executing as the builder on residential developments, Mark is both an advisor to other builders as well as a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Better Homes & Gardens – The Shanahan Group.
